Public tender monitoring

Monitor public tenders and gazettes and keep an eye on addenda

BriefPanel watches the tender page you're bidding on, the official gazette and procurement portals. Each tender is its own item, with the deadlines and dates you named as fields, and every check records the previous and current value.

The cost of finding out late

One missed change can cost you the contract

Tenders change after they're published. Checking by hand means finding out too late.

Addenda that change the rules

An addendum alters eligibility or specs — miss it and you submit a non-compliant bid.

Deadlines that move silently

The session date or submission deadline shifts, and one lost day is a lost bid.

Hours spent hitting refresh

Opening dozens of portals and gazettes every day just to see if anything changed is time nobody has.

Three ways to use BriefPanel for tenders

Point it at the pages that matter and let the AI watch for you.

Honest positioning

A complement, not a replacement

Already using a tender platform? BriefPanel doesn't replace it — it complements it. It watches the exact tender page you're bidding on and tells you which field moved on every addendum, amendment or deadline change, with its previous and current value. It's the alert that's missing between one search and the next.

Questions

Before you start

Is BriefPanel a tender platform?

No. It's a page monitor: you point it at a tender page, a gazette or a procurement portal, and it tracks each tender as its own item, telling you which field moved — deadline, session date, status — with its previous and current value. Use it alongside your platform so you never miss an addendum or deadline.

Does it find new tenders for me?

It monitors the pages and searches you choose — for example a keyword search on a procurement portal or an agency's tender page. When something new appears there, you get the alert. You decide what to watch.

Does it work with any gazette or portal?

It works with most public pages. Federal, state and municipal gazettes, procurement portals and agency pages — if it opens in a browser without a login, BriefPanel can usually monitor it (subject to blocking or technical limits set by the site itself).

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. You start with 20 free credits and get 100 more when you verify your email. Add credit only when you want to continue.

How much does it cost?

You pay only for what you monitor: each page read costs $0.010, with no subscription. Watching a few tenders several times a day still comes to very little per month.
