Which websites work?
Searches on ZAP Imóveis, Viva Real and QuintoAndar, and agency websites. Paste the link to the search or the listings page. Use the free credits to test yours.
Which details of each property are kept?
The ones on the page that you choose: sale price or rent, size, bedrooms, parking, condo fee, property tax, neighborhood, type and the listing link. Each property is kept with the date it appeared, and you can look everything up in the app.
How often does BriefPanel check the search?
You choose for each page: every 30 minutes, every hour, every 6 hours or once a day. You can change it later.
How much does it cost?
You pay for what you use, with no subscription: 1 credit = 1 page read. A search costs 1 credit for the list and 1 for each listing it opens to read the details, up to a fixed limit per check. You start with 20 free credits and get 100 more when you confirm your email. After that, 1,000 credits cost $10.
Where do alerts arrive?
By email (right away or in a daily summary), browser notification, Slack or Discord. You choose in settings.
